It seems there could be a “wiki-cloud”

MattisManzel:
So it seems there could be a “wiki-cloud”. It displays the wikis a person has been active on for something like the last 90 days or so. The more often someone edited a wiki the bigger the wiki grows in his wiki-cloud. Maybe even some kinda “reverted e-function” (sorry for lacking better terms) could be built in so that an edit two days ago counts more than an edit two weeks ago and that one again more than an edit three months ago? Anyhow. Personal wiki-clouds seems possible to me.
Typically a personal wiki-cloud would be displayed on a person’s home page. Having that one could sum up the wiki-cloud for an entire wiki. Sum up all personal wiki clouds - again in “reverted e-function” probably - and display where all contributors to the wiki else are active on. It’s a wiki-cloud informing about the status quo of a wiki. Nice.

The second part is harder.
There’s a “community imagined wiki-cloud”, a “wiki-cloud-of-desire” hidden somewhere in the wiki-net of a wiki. It’s like asking the participants to a community the question “What are your interests as a part of this wiki and where to should we orientate us?”, make the sum of the personal replies to the question and create a “wiki-cloud-of desire” from it. No, this is not explained very well. Nevertheless.

Both the “status quo wiki-cloud” and the “wiki-cloud-of-desire” could be computed somehow. When you “substact” where you are from where you long to be you get the “vector” of your heading, a kinda “integral” of a wiki, the “dy of its jet-wash”.

Comparing the jet-wash of different wikis you can tell about the magnetism they have to each other and knowing about that maybe you could predict the future development of the wikilandia hive-mind spiral galaxis at least to a centrain degree ;) Spacy Tracy! Sorry for the metaphorical part of this Whit Sunday morning improvisation.
